Fashion Movement offers a simple 7‑day easy exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Request an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  • Keep your order number and proof of delivery.

  • Not eligible: items worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or intimate/hygienic products (e.g., underwear) unless faulty. Final-sale items may be excluded — check product listing.

How to request an exchange (step-by-step)

  1. Email us at fashionmovementpk@gmail.com or message on WhatsApp +92 3236688287 with: order number, product name/sku, size you want, and photos (if relevant).

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with an exchange authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Customer pays return shipping unless the exchange is due to a defect or our error — in that case we cover shipping.

  4. We inspect the returned item on receipt. If approved, we dispatch the replacement within 1–3 business days and share the new tracking ID by email/WhatsApp.

  5. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund, store credit, or alternate item per your preference.

Processing times

  • Inspection and confirmation: up to 5 business days after we receive the return.

  • Replacement dispatch: within 1–3 business days after approval.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
